Pretty cool to see how big this story is getting! Buzzfeed picked it up yesterday. This old fella’ makes some awesome fish and chips here in Lethbridge Ab. I have been there a few times and its always great! Good to see the book of faces helped this guy out!

Just noticed in the picture the tartare sauce, oow, how posh. Lol.
Is halibut the typical fish used in Canada? We still use cod and haddock but cod is harder to get at sea and the price has rocketed over the years.
I’ve seen pollock and hake used before and sometimes called the ‘poor mans cod and haddock’.

Cool, nice.
I’ve got a craving for fish and chips now. I had some the other week and it was heaven. Cod and chips, mushy peas, pickled eggs and old style Guinness.
